  • CAB Chicken, avocado, bacon, seasonal greens and aioli
  • Classic Hot smoked salmon, avocado, seasonal greens, spring onion and lemon caper cream cheese
  • Wilbur Spiced pulled pork, house coleslaw, aioli and GG apple chutney. Proper spicy.

We opened on New North Road in 2014. Twelve years later we're still grilling bagels to order and making a lot of coffee.
